Weblor Springs

From this, a market requirement for a spring manufacturing facility was recognized. Dave, together with his best friend, started manufacturing springs (the original company is today one of the largest of its type in South Africa).

In the early 80’s the friendship and business relationship unfortunately ceased, and subsequently Weblor Springs was formed.

Roger Hazel, a metallurgical specialist, joined Dave in the late ’80s. Roger’s metallurgical skills and manufacturing know-how, together with Dave’s selling and marketing skills, brought the company to the success it is today.

In 1998 it was recognized that there was a need in South Africa for environmentally friendly industrial coatings. Weblor Coatings, started by Dave’s son, Bryan Webster, then joined the group.

Weblor Coatings incorporated as a Polymer Flooring Division, has been sold to Structural Application (Pty) Ltd.

Since 2020, Bryan Webster along with the Weblor Team has grown the company and added top-of-the-line machinery and spring design technology allowing Weblor to enter new markets and expand our capabilities.

We continue to explore new and more efficient ways to manufacture high-Quality springs and keep a standard of service that we can be proud of.
